Astute businesspersons know that they should not neglect law and government. Law is an integral part of the business strategy. How the manager deals with the government and the counsel may make all the important difference in the end result. Facing competition with a sound business strategy is essential; however, aligning legal strategy with the business strategy or vice-versa is mandatory for winning legally. This study focuses on the importance of aligning legal and business strategy so that the two work in tandem and enable enterprising businesspersons to use law either as a potent tool or a lethal weapon against competitors. |
