| Abstract |
The proposed study will evaluate the experiments done by organizations using wireless technologies in the unlicensed domain. The valuations would be done from the perspective of impact on users and management processes used by operators in providing services with a view to identifying the critical success factors in deployment of such services. The impact assessment study outcomes could provide a basis for evidence based field research to support policy making for spectrum management, especially in the unlicensed band. |
