For grassroots innovations, support will be provided through the Micro Venture Innovation Fund of NIF • develop online and offline collaborative framework among innovators as well as other stakeholders • build bridges between high impact grassroot innovators from the informal sector and high tech innovators in the formal sector so as to invigorate both • develop a clearinghouse through which potential ideas and innovations can be optimized for linkage with other entrepreneurs or investors • draw upon the expertise in the formal R&D sector to add value to various innovations.
