| Abstract |
This project is an outcome of the RJMCEI project which has developed a clearing house for teacher-driven innovations. The MHRD, Government of India, made a request for a similar, but more modest initiative, aimed at identifying a few large-scale and moderate to high impact innovations and initiatives of administrators in management of elementary education at the state or district levels. The second objective is to select a few of the innovations which are in line with current national concerns and share them as case studies, through a printed monograph/CD, with all states and UTs.
Thirteen states were identified and about 25 cases have been prepared after visits to all these states. |
