| Abstract |
The objective of this joint research project is to engage in research in health management issues to develop a stronger evidence base for improved management practices in Indian healthcare. This would be disseminated to health officials and hospital managers to improve patient care country-wide. This research project would also lead to enhancing the teaching management programmes at IIMA by contributing the expertise of Nuffield staff, and to plan jointly and develop new programmes. This will afford new insights and knowledge to participating health officials and hospital managers and enable them to improve the quality of healthcare in their organizations. |
