This study is aimed at:
• identify the needs and constraints faced by telecom entrepreneurs in India
• identify and analyse the processes of existing incubators (situated in academic institutes and industry) and funded by public and private support
• suggest models, governance, and advisory processes for developing incubators for telecom entrepreneurs
• suggest policy recommendations for developing telecom entrepreneurs in India.
