| Abstract |
The objective of this study is to develop a case study of OTC Exchange of India (OTCEI). OTCEI has not only made significant use of information technology, but also has chosen the IT sector as one of its main focus areas. OTCEI is the first exchange in India to introduce nationwide computerized screen-based trading. As a measure of success of these efforts, the exchange today has 115 listings and has assisted in providing capital for enterprises that have gone on to build successful brands for themselves. |
