The objectives of this study are as follows:
identify changes in job requirements at BSNL
identify the emerging opportunities by segmenting the telecom sector
assess BSNL's human resource training plans with respect to the changing scenario
map the existing training and educational facilities in India with a view to assessing the training/education need gaps. |
