This study is intended to provide a basis for the development of regulatory support initiatives to be undertaken in the South Asian region by CTO and to inform regulatory support planning by agencies supporting telecoms/ICT regulatory bodies within the region. In this context, South Asia is taken to include Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. |
