The aim of the India country study includes creating a knowledge base regarding various types of remote work undertaken in the ITES-BPO sector in India and the effects of these different types of arrangements on employment conditions as well as offering some suggestions for policies and practices designed to simultaneously improve employment conditions and key business outcomes for companies using these arrangements. |
