| Abstract |
Most of the existing work on success has focused on managerial success, i.e. success in the corporate world. Not much work has been done to identify factors leading to success in fields such as industry, arts, cinema, etc. This study aims at exploring the concept of success as viewed by people who have attained success in these fields. Further, it aims to explore the possibility of arriving at a set of factors found to be most critical in the attainment of success across varied fields. |
