This study will:
• explore the talent management (TM) practices of pharmaceutical firms
• examine the strengths and weaknesses of the existing TM practices of sample organizations
• identify the effectiveness of TM practices of sample firms and map their relationship with organizational performance parameters
• arrive at a set of best practices for managing talent in pharmaceutical firms.
